IT Limited began in earnest in September 2000, however, our schools ICT
support goes back beyond that time. It started as one technician with 6
schools and has evolved to having over 240 schools on its books. In the
beginning the support was purely technical but now we cover a wide range
of services as part of a full turnkey solution to Primary and Special
schools.
We are a family run organisation and have the
majority of our business in Hertfordshire with a dozen or more schools
in Essex and Buckinghamshire. Since July 2003 we have refrained from
advertising or promoting our business to busy ourselves consolidating
the way we support our existing schools, nonetheless, the number of
schools taking up our services have increased through pure referrals
alone.
We believe we are the largest company of its kind
operating in Hertfordshire. Our reputation remains strong and is
brought about by quality technicians who work hard for the schools. Some
of our technicians have been with us since 2001 and are still
working in the same schools. The relationships formed with the schools are
important to Interm IT and the technicians alike, as the association
allows us to feel like we are part of the school team and not just an
outsourced service.
We have forged good communications links with
Hertfordshire
County
’s technical support team,
SITSS, an association which lends itself to increasing our overall
effectiveness in schools.
We are proud of our reputation and as such we would
like to strongly point out that we have no relationship of any kind to a
company called Interm Primary Support. We are INTERM IT and have been so
since September 2000 the director is David Wall. Interm PRIMARY SUPPORT
has only been trading since January 2004.
