Limited is an educational specialist. We only operate in the educational
sector.
Technical support provided by Interm IT is non-committal as there is no
contract to sign; our contract with schools is purely verbal. We see no
reason why any school should commit themselves to a service that is
largely unknown to them. If our service is not up to your expectations
then simply cancel the service without any notice period.
To back this up we offer our debut two hour visit from one of our
experienced technicians for FREE to see if you like what you see,
without paying a penny!
We work on a two hourly slot basis. This means that a technician will
visit your school on a regularly at the same time on the same day you
choose. You may opt for as many two hour slots as you like, e.g. two
hours per week, two hours per fortnight, 4 hours a week or even 2 two
hour slots per week.
Procedure
Your technician would sign in at Reception and work with our provided
Fault Book to provide efficient use of the two hours. All we ask is that
ask that your staff fill in the Fault Book with details such as the
equipment, location and nature of problem from there we will look after
your hardware and software problems. Your technician will note in the
Fault Book the works carried out or recommendations if the fault needs
further input. This way interruption to your staff is minimised during
the technician’s visit.
