When we began to develop our ICT suite we were faced with a variety of options.  As ICT Co-ordinator I was inundated with facts and figures.  I needed to make a decision but needed the information presented in a concise way, free from “technical jargon.” 

Interm IT was my saving grace!  Their explanation of the peer to peer network versus the client/server network was so clear and precise that it helped me make a well informed choice.

The Headteacher and I both feel that it was a good decision to forge ahead with Interm IT and are very pleased with not only their technical services but the quality and high specification of the equipment they provided for us.

As technical difficulties occur in the suite these problems are dealt with by Interm IT quickly and efficiently. The technician who comes in for a  2 hour session once a week,  always makes a note explaining what he has done to rectify any problems and this,  in turn, helps us, as we become more proficient using ICT.
